We process your personal data in connection with offering, negotiating, providing. The purpose of this information is to provide you with information about what personal data we collect, how we handle it, from what sources we obtain it, for what purposes we use it, to whom we may provide it, where you can obtain information about your personal data that we process, and what your individual rights in the area of personal data protection are.

Please therefore familiarise yourself with the contents of this Information Memorandum.

 

Our Company has a number of legal obligations relating to the processing of personal data which we must comply with, particularly with regard to the performance of contractual obligations, obligations imposed by law. In this respect, we would not be able to provide you with our services at all without your personal data.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all the information provided herein also applies to the processing of personal data of potential employees/clients ("clients"), i.e. persons with whom we have not yet established a contractual relationship but with whom we are already in contact, or former clients, as well as data of third parties which we process in the legitimate interest of our clients.

 

1. PRINCIPLES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


When processing your personal data, we honour and respect the highest standards of data protection and in particular comply with the following principles:

We always process your personal data for a clearly and comprehensibly stated purpose, by the stated means, in the stated manner, and only for the period of time that is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed; we only process accurate personal data of our clients and ensure that the processing is appropriate to the stated purposes and necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes;
We process your personal data in a manner that ensures adequate security of such data and that prevents any unauthorised or accidental access to, alteration, destruction or loss of, or unauthorised transfer of, or other unauthorised processing of, clients' personal data;
we always inform you in a comprehensible manner about the processing of your personal data and about your rights to accurate and complete information about the circumstances of this processing, as well as about your other related rights;
we observe appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to all possible risks; all persons who come into contact with clients' personal data are obliged to maintain the confidentiality of information obtained in connection with the processing of such data.

3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING


3.1 PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT


These are generally situations where you are required to provide us with certain personal data as a condition for us to provide you with a service, or where we are entitled to process your personal data obtained in another way.

We are legally entitled to process your personal data without your consent for the purposes of complying with our legal obligations, in particular to comply with legal obligations, e.g. in the identification and control of a client under the Act on Certain Measures against the Legalization of Proceeds of Crime and Terrorist Financing;
entering into or performing a contract with you


3.2 SCOPE OF THE PERSONAL DATA OF CLIENTS PROCESSED


Our Company processes your personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil the above purposes. In particular, we process contact and identification data, all to the extent necessary and justified.

 

3.3 METHOD OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA


The way in which our Company processes your personal data involves manual processing in our Company's information system. Your personal data is processed by employees of our Company and, to the extent necessary, by third parties.

 

3.4 RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA


In particular, your personal data is disclosed to employees in connection with the performance of their work duties which require the handling of clients' personal data, but only to the extent necessary in each case and in compliance with all security measures.

In addition, your personal data is passed on to third parties involved in the processing of our clients' personal data or may be disclosed to them for other reasons in accordance with the law. Prior to any transfer of your personal data to a third party, we will always enter into a written contract with that party, in which we will regulate the processing of personal data in such a way that it contains the same safeguards for the processing of personal data as our Company itself complies with in accordance with its legal obligations.

In accordance with the applicable law, our Company is entitled or directly, without your consent, obliged or authorised to transfer your personal data:

to the relevant government authorities, courts and law enforcement agencies
to other persons to the extent provided for by law.


3.5 TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA ABROAD


Your personal data is not transferred outside the Czech Republic

 

3.6 PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA


We process the personal data of our clients only for the period of time that is necessary in relation to the purposes of their processing and for the time necessary for their archiving. We assess on an ongoing basis whether there is still a need to process certain personal data necessary for a particular purpose. If we determine that they are no longer necessary for any of the purposes for which they were processed, we will destroy the data.

 

3.7 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT


With this information we have tried to explain why we need your personal data and that we may only process it for certain purposes with your consent. You are not obliged to give consent to our Company to process your personal data and you are entitled to withdraw your consent. Please note that we are also entitled to process certain personal data for certain purposes without your consent. If you withdraw your consent in this case, we will cease processing the relevant personal data for the purposes requiring the relevant consent, but we may be entitled, or even obliged, to continue to process the same personal data for other purposes.

 

3.8 SOURCES OF PERSONAL DATA


We obtain personal data about our clients mainly from:

from the clients themselves,
from third parties authorised to handle and transfer the Client's personal data to our Company;


3.9 YOUR RIGHT TO REQUEST ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND PROTECTION OF CLIENTS' RIGHTS


If you ask us for information regarding the processing of your personal data, we will provide you without undue delay with all information about what data we process about you, unless we are prevented from providing this information by a duty of confidentiality.

If you become aware or believe that our Company or a third party involved in the processing of your personal data is processing your personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of your private life or contrary to the law, in particular if your personal data is inaccurate, you may:

request an explanation from our Company or the third party involved in the processing;
request that the defective situation be rectified, in particular you may request that the personal data be corrected or completed; if necessary, the data will be temporarily blocked or destroyed.
If we find your request to be justified, we will immediately and free of charge rectify the defect.
